Spring Gala

The Enchanted Garden Gala is on March 22nd

Our annual spring gala is one of our biggest fundraising events of the year - it's a night of fun, food and fundraising with PHE parents.
Tickets sold out in record time - but don't worry! You and the whole community can still get in on the action through the
online auction which launches on March 25th.
We need everyone's support to make this gala successful so the PTA continues to have the resources to make PHE the amazing place it is.

Montana Ranch Retreat Raffle Tickets

One of our big ticket items this year is a Montana Ranch Retreat trip for two! Lose yourself in 7,000 acres of Montana wild, including:

One of three ranch cabins on a luxury resort for two guests over four nights.
Premier guest ammenities, with award-winnig dining, clubhouse, fitness center and shared hot tub.
An array of daily activities, from ATV excursions and ranger tours to horsebak riding and archery

Raffle tickets are available to purchase by anyone and you don't need to present at the gala to win. You can buy 1 for $100 or 3 for $250.

Dessert Auction

The 2024 PHE Gala committee is looking for volunteers to make and donate amazing desserts for the ever popular Dessert Auction.

Basket Coordinators Needed

We're looking for a handful of classroom volunteers to coordinate the class Gala Baskets. The basket coordinator solicits either monetary or material donations from the class, and assembles the basket to be auctioned off at the Gala.
