All-in-One Day 

AIOD is August 1st from 12:30pm - 5:30pm


All-in-One Day is when all PHE families complete and turn in all official school and PTA paperwork for the upcoming school year. PHE requires an updated emergency card in Aeries for all students. This will become available on Monday, July 29th. Click here to login to Aeries. Once that has been received, teacher assignments are distributed. To keep your wait time as quick as possible we recommend completing your paperwork (for PHE and PTA) ahead of time online.

The AIOD documents will be available to be picked up from the office starting July 24th (supplies limited), but everything is also available to download here.

At All-in-One Day you can also learn about on-campus programs, buy spirit wear, sign up for volunteer opportunities and more. While this event is geared at adults, kids are welcome.

ATTENTION PARENTS: ACTION REQUIRED!

Emergency cards will be available in the Parent Portal on Aeries Homelink on Monday, July 29th. You must update each of your children's emergency cards in the Parent Portal on Aeries Homelink before AIOD (Thursday, August 1st) in order to receive your children's teacher assignments.

Every child needs an updated emergency card, even if they're returning.

If you have not yet set up your Parent Portal on Aeries Homelink account…
You will need to contact the school office (call 925-934-3341 or email bilyka@mdusd.org) and request your “homelink code” to set up your account. This is a long alphanumeric code that is unique to your student.

Support Your PTA
This year the PHE PTA plans to spend over $600,000 on programs, activities, materials and on-site staff support. We strive for 100% participation from all PHE families. We hope all families will consider supporting the PTA—contributions of any size are greatly appreciated, but no family is required to donate. We suggest families consider a donation of $400 per student for the 2024/2025 school year.

Don’t forget to submit your donation to your employer, if they match contributions. If you have any questions please contact phe.treasurer94523@gmail.com.

PTA Membership
By becoming a PTA member you can vote at our meetings and have a voice in how the PTA supports our school. Your $10 donation supports our PTA, as well as PTAs in MDUSD, CA and nationwide.

Becoming a member does not obligate you to volunteer or attend meetings, it is just a wonderful way to support our school. Thank you for your support and membership!

Birthday Marquee
Celebrate that special someone's birthday with a one week shout out on the PHE marquee. To get your child(ren)’s birthday(s) announced on the school marquee, click on the button below.

The announcement is $40 per student and will run one week, Sunday to Saturday. Orders must be placed at least one week before the desired post date.

Sign Up for ParentSquare
All official school communications will be sent out via ParentSquare (email, text or app). Our school calendar, including all notifications for upcoming events, will be on ParentSquare. ParentSquare can be used on any device. You can download the free mobile app for Android or iOS and you can also use it from a computer.

Join Bike.PHE!
Bike.PHE is our bike club at Pleasant Hill Elementary School, sponsored by the PTA and supported  by bicycle groups in the area. Bike.PHE hosts a number of programs throughout the year to promote active transportation to and from school. Mark your calendar for the Pleasant Hill Bike Family Festival on Sunday, Sept. 8th to get ready for biking to school this year. Check out our Instagram (@bike.phe) to find out more information.

To register your student, pick up a keychain at All-in-One Day or from one of our three Walk ‘n Roll stations on a Wednesday morning and use that number to register your student online by clicking the button below.

After School Enrichment
After School Enrichment is back this Fall! Registration opens Monday, August 19th at 9am. Most classes begin the week of September 2nd and run for 8 weeks. All classes are open to 1st through 5th graders. Find more information about classes and register your students by clicking the button below.
