All-in-One Day (AIOD) is August 7th from 1pm - 6pm

Overview
All-in-One Day (AIOD) is when all PHE families complete and turn in all official school and PTA paperwork for the upcoming school year. PHE requires an updated emergency card information in Aeries for all students. Click here to login to Aeries. Once that has been received, teacher assignments are distributed. The AIOD documents will be available to be picked up from the office starting July 31st (supplies limited), but everything is also available to download here. To keep your wait time as quick as possible we recommend completing your paperwork (for PHE and PTA) ahead of time online.

At All-in-One Day you can also learn about on-campus programs, day care, buy spirit wear, volunteer opportunities and more. While this event is geared at adults, kids are welcome and there will be snacks available for purchase (proceeds benefit the 4th Grade Outdoor Education fund).

We need volunteers to help make All-in-One Day a success, please click here to sign up.

ATTENTION PARENTS: ACTION REQUIRED!

Emergency cards are now available in the Parent Portal on Aeries Homelink. Every PHE parent must update their child(ren)’s emergency card(s) in the Parent Portal on Aeries Homelink before AIOD (Monday, August 7th) and print and sign it and bring it with them to AIOD in order to receive their child(ren)'s teacher assignment(s). Click the arrow to the right to expand this section and follow the instructions below.

If you have not yet set up your Parent Portal on Aeries Homelink account…
You will need to contact the school office (call 925-934-3341 or email bilyka@mdusd.org) and request your “homelink code” to set up your account. This is a long alphanumeric code that is unique to your student.

Support Your PTA
This year the PHE PTA plans to spend over $500,000 on programs, activities, materials and on-site staff support. We strive for 100% participation from all PHE families. We hope all families will consider supporting the PTA - contributions of any size are greatly appreciated, but no family is required to donate. We suggest families consider a donation of $400 per student for the 2023/2024 school year. Click here to make a one-time or monthly donation to the PTA

Celebrate your child(ren)’s birthday(s) on the school marquee!
Celebrate that special someone's birthday with a one week shout out on the PHE marquee. The announcement is $25 per student and will run one week, Sunday to Saturday. Orders must be placed at least one week before the desired post date. Click here to buy a birthday announcement on the school marquee

New this year: PHE PTA is on Instagram! Follow along as we post pictures of things going on at the school, upcoming events, and more! You can follow the PHE PTA Instagram account by clicking here.

Join the School Directory (NEW!)
This school year the PTA is supporting a new school directory as a way to help families find each other's contact information (for birthday parties, play dates, etc). We will be using Google Groups for each grade level (and the full school), which will let families share messages across the full grade, find contact information for individual families, and share photos from school events (class parties, field trips, etc). Joining the directory is completely optional and voluntary, it is just for informal communication. If you'd like to add your family to the directory please fill out this form. Only families who sign up for the directory will have access to it.

School Supply List 2023-2024
The student supply list has been drastically reduced thanks to amazing support from our PHE community. Teachers will purchase additional supplies with PTA funds generated from donations and school fundraisers. Thank you all for your support! Click here to view this year’s school supply list.
